1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational service, not professional care
The False Throne provides educational material, an AI concierge, and planned peer recovery coaching. The service is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, clergy counseling, or crisis intervention. AI and peer responses may be incomplete or mistaken. You remain responsible for your decisions, relationships, and conduct.
No result is promised. The service does not guarantee a cure, eliminate thoughts, repair a relationship, or replace care from a qualified professional.
3. Emergencies
Do not use this service for an emergency. If you may hurt yourself or another person, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988. Paid peer calls will not be offered as crisis care.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You may not use it for sexual stimulation, erotic roleplay, harassment, threats, exploitation, nonconsensual conduct, unlawful activity, impersonation, security testing without permission, automated abuse, or interference with the site. You may not attempt to make Jessica or a guide violate the published boundaries.
We may redirect, refuse, suspend, or end an interaction that violates these terms or the Call Standards.
5. Peer calls
Peer guides offer lived-experience support within the Call Standards. They are not therapists, crisis counselors, or romantic companions. Calls may be ended at any time by the caller or guide. Calls will not be recorded during the beta, but phone providers will process connection and duration data.
6. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Paid calls are not active yet. When checkout opens, the price and total will appear before purchase. Payment will be processed by Stripe. The planned beta product is one 15-minute session for $60, with no subscription or automatic extension. The Pricing, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how chat messages, technical logs, planned payment information, and planned call metadata are handled. During the beta, concierge exchanges are emailed to the site operator after a visible notice. Do not submit unnecessary identifying information or another person's private information.
8. Intellectual property
The site, book excerpts, writing, design, images, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal purposes, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, or create a competing dataset from its content without written permission.
9. Availability and changes
This is a beta service. Features may change, fail, pause, or be withdrawn. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from a paid session will not exceed the amount paid for that session. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
