Sensitive subject, plain disclosure

Privacy Policy

The subject of this service is personal. This policy explains what the beta collects, why it is used, and where outside providers are involved.

Effective August 15, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to The False Throne website, its AI concierge, and the planned payment and peer call services. The beta is for adults and does not require a user account.

2. Information collected

AI concierge messages

When a visitor chats with Jessica, the service processes the messages, the AI response, a random session identifier, and basic delivery information. During the beta, each exchange is emailed to the site operator for quality and safety review. The interface displays this notice before the message box. Visitors should not include names, contact details, employers, addresses, or identifying information about themselves or anyone else.

Website and security information

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs, including an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. We use this information to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Planned payment information

When payments open, Stripe will process payment-card and billing information. The site operator will receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, limited customer details, and dispute or refund information. The site does not intend to store full card numbers.

Planned phone information

When peer calls open, Twilio will process the phone numbers needed to connect the call, along with call status, timestamps, and duration. Calls will not be recorded during the beta. Callers and guides are expected to avoid unnecessary identifying information.

3. Service providers

The beta relies on Vercel for website hosting, OpenAI for AI responses, Resend and the operator's email provider for chat transcript delivery and storage, and, when paid calls open, Stripe for payments and Twilio for phone connections. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. How information is used

  • Provide and improve the AI concierge and planned peer call service.
  • Review quality, enforce boundaries, investigate abuse, and protect safety.
  • Process payments, refunds, disputes, and service communications.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use these conversations for targeted advertising.

5. Sensitive information and retention

Messages may reveal information about sexual life, relationships, religious beliefs, or emotional health. Share only what is necessary. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for beta review, service delivery, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or longer when preservation is legally required.

6. Choices and requests

A visitor may avoid chat and phone features, decline a planned purchase, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing russ@roundtablegroup.com. We may need limited information to locate the relevant record, and some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, security, or law.

7. Security and age

We use reasonable safeguards and limit the data requested, but no online or email system can promise perfect security. This service is for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer it to children.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to russ@roundtablegroup.com.
