Call Standards and Guide Conduct

A live conversation should increase clarity and choice. These standards keep the planned beta service educational, non-erotic, and worthy of the trust a caller places in it.

Effective August 15, 2026

1. Purpose of a peer call

Peer calls are intended for adults who want practical support with unwanted pornography use, recurring cuckold fantasies, shame, relationship strain, or accountability. A guide may listen, share non-graphic lived experience, help identify a trigger and choice pattern, and help the caller choose a constructive next step.

A peer guide is not a therapist, physician, clergy member, crisis counselor, or substitute for qualified professional care. The service does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, promise recovery, or guarantee that a thought or fantasy will disappear.

2. Firm non-erotic boundary

Calls never provide sexual entertainment or gratification. Guides may not participate in erotic roleplay, humiliation, domination, sexual stimulation, fantasy enactment, dating, or romantic interaction. A guide may discuss the emotional meaning or consequences of a fantasy without narrating explicit scenes or turning lived experience into arousing material.

Callers should describe patterns and concerns without graphic sexual detail. If a conversation becomes eroticized, the guide will redirect it. If redirection does not work, the guide will end the call.

3. Guide commitments

  • Speak respectfully and without shaming the caller, his partner, or consensual adults.
  • Be honest about lived experience, training, and the limits of peer support.
  • Never pressure a caller to continue, purchase another session, disclose explicit details, or adopt a religious or personal belief.
  • Never claim to know what another person feels or advise deception, coercion, retaliation, surveillance, or nonconsensual conduct.
  • Refer the caller toward qualified care when the concern exceeds the guide's role.
  • End a call when safety, conduct, or professional boundaries require it.

4. Caller commitments

Callers must be at least 18, treat guides respectfully, avoid threats and harassment, and refrain from using the call for sexual stimulation or fantasy enactment. Calls may not be used to facilitate illegal, abusive, exploitative, or nonconsensual activity.

5. Safety and crisis situations

This service does not provide emergency or crisis care. A guide will not begin or sell a paid call as the response to imminent self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, or immediate danger. If someone may hurt himself or another person, he should contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988.

6. Privacy and call handling

When calls open, the phone system is intended to connect callers and guides without displaying their personal phone numbers. Calls will not be recorded during the beta. The phone provider will process connection information such as phone numbers, call times, status, and duration. Callers should not share names, addresses, employers, or other unnecessary identifying information.

Beta status

Peer calls and payments are still being prepared and are not currently available for purchase. These standards will apply before the first paid call is offered.
