Pricing, Cancellations, and Refunds

1. What the price includes

The $60 beta price covers one private phone connection with a male peer guide for up to 15 minutes. Payment will be collected before the call begins. There is no subscription, membership, stored credit balance, automatic renewal, or automatic extension of the call.

The caller may end the conversation at any time. Ending early does not create an automatic prorated refund because the guide and the full appointment window have been reserved. Any required tax will be displayed before payment.

2. When a full refund applies

• No guide becomes available and the call is never connected.
• A duplicate payment is processed.
• A material technical failure prevents the service from being delivered.
• The service cancels the session before the guide connects.

3. After a guide connects

Routine early endings are not automatically refundable. We will review requests involving a material service failure or a guide's failure to follow the published call standards. A call ended because of threats, harassment, persistent erotic use, or another serious violation of the standards is not ordinarily refundable.

4. Requesting a cancellation or refund

Send the payment receipt number and a brief, non-explicit description of the problem to russ@roundtablegroup.com. Do not include sexual details or information about another person. We will review the request within five business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The caller's bank controls when the credit appears.

5. Billing clarity

The planned card statement descriptor is FALSETHRONE. The checkout page will display the service, total price, refund link, and contact email before payment. We will not add charges during a call without a separate purchase made by the caller.
